We all need to keep our brain cells ticking. That’s the best way to keep our brains sharp and working. What’s the use of taking brain supplements if you are not going to use its power?

Some people I know of are what could be labelled as “walking dead man”. They don’t work and television is their life. Other than that, they do nothing, just laze at home or in the streets.

People need to constantly enrich themselves and to inject some colours and passion into life.

To live passionately and colourfully.

You have to try ‘new things’ to in order find ‘new things’. It’s a strange sensation when you learn something new about yourself.

By trying new things you are giving yourself the opportunity to add extra dimensions to your life and to become a more interesting person in the process.

We face changes all the times and there is nothing in this world that is permanent, maybe except death and taxes. WE hate changes and we all prefer comfort zones. However, without changes, we can’t grow to next step.

We hate changes because we are scared. It is like a person is frantically clinging on to a wooden pole in the middle of the sea. In this way, opportunities to change better come and go, and we all miss these chances.

Decisively, we need to know when is the expiry date of the things we are clinging too, and let go of them when the date comes. These can be thoughts, feelings, attitude, material possession or jobs.

Stop worrying about the things you are giving up. If you truly need them, they will come back into your life. If you let go now you are clearing the way for more new opportunities to live and learn to come into your life.

When you feel inspired wonderful things happen. You have creative thoughts and activities, have more energy, feel happier, get things done, enjoy life more, and feel at ease. True inspiration comes from deep inside of you and it has no limits. So, is there a step by step process to take us from frustration or desperation into inspiration?

Dreaming big dreams can absolutely keep you inspired. Maria Duval teaches me to write down specific things that you want or want to accomplish. Don’t worry about how your dreams will develop just keep a clear picture and feeling of what it would feel like to have those things. Your dreams and goals will come into reality when you keep your mind locked into those desires and take action.

Besides Maria Duval, I choose to be inspired by other successful and inspirational people like read their books, listen to their CDs, and attend seminars. I have learned much from Ellie Drake, including how to tap into the inspiration that comes from our hearts. Listening to Ellie’s CD’s has inspired me to believe I can accomplish things that I have never thought I could do.

When you are inspired, you discover yourself to be a greater person than you ever imagined.

A nicer car, a bigger home, massive bank account, endless stream of friends? Aren’t these the dreams of everyone in life? Power, respect and dignity.

By learning to use your mind power, pretty much anything you desire in life can be attained. Your mind is only limited by the limits you put on it. Open your mind to the possibilities as you consider these suggestions to develop mind power.

Step outside the obvious. Do not be limited by what you can see, feel, hear, smell or taste. There is much in life which is beyond the detectable limits of our five senses and you must be open to understanding that truth if you truly want to develop mind power.

Giving a compliment to someone will always bring a smile to people’s faces and lift up anyone’s spirit. Do you know there is a power in compliments? To the person who receives your compliments, it could mean a lot, whether it is a simple, “well done” or “keep up the good work”.

As I understand more, I realize that there the power of a compliment is immense yet it is often under used. Face it, we people need emotional recognition or acceptance. Unfortunately, most people are “stingy” about it.

When you give a compliment, the positive energy is passed from you to the recipient and gives a good feel that the effort is greatly appreciated. Of course, it must be done in a sincere way to show regard and esteem.
People love compliments, but only when they’re sincere.

Yes, I love the feeling of being complimented and it is still pleasing to know you are appreciated.

Give a smile
What happens when you see kids enjoying the summer sun in a local beach? What if you saw a cat standing on its two legs? Or an unlikely couple who wants to share their romance to the world? You smile, didn’t you? Smiling is one of the simplest things in which man can express his happines through, as what Maria Duval teaches me.  A smile can encourage people who are uncertain, can lift people’s spirits when they’re down, or an inspiration to a dreamer’s goals. It doesn’t take much effort to smile. Some people try to hide their struggles through smiling, but some people defeat their demons by smiling.  A smile can light up an entire town, or touch a troubled person’s heart and soul. Yeah, we should smile even when the situation is against us!

Problems
No person has no problems. That’s a cliche that we always hear on whatever purposes. Maria Duval says that the reason why people have problems is that everything’s supposed to be hard, that whatever a person wants should be worked hard to achieve. Problems are tests to the humans who have forgotten to thank the deities for the blessings they receive, and a test of their strength and will to succeed the rough life. There are times that in a given day, where we encounter problems and from the given time we must cure the problem, in order for us to feel good. The cure may be worse than the curse, but if it will make everything better, so be it.

So from what I have been hearing and reading, the people in life that are the most fulfilled and happy are those that do what they love and have found a way to generate income from that.

Easier said than done? I tend to agree but it will be a challenge. There are so many ways today to try and earn your own living. The Internet is filed with ways to to do that from online business to eBay. Most of these ways I’m sure are saturated but if you can develop a niche you can make it.

You will have to be a brave soul to leave what you have come accustomed to doing, going to work but you have to have a plan and some goals. Once you can get these things together you will be on your way. There is nothing worse than setting out to make a change without a plan.

I believe in Maria Duval.

You see attitude is everything. Happiness is not just about money but also a sense of personal spiritual salvation. Not getting caught up with materialism and understanding that happiness is based on health coupled with a strong base of faith. A strong healthy spiritual faith based approach to life will ultimately evolve a humble appreciation for happiness and gratitude.

Attract money? Seems like a dream to anyone. So how to be a magnet to money? I know there are people who are always lucky to the max, just like a distant relative of mine, who I seemed to hear stories about him winning lotteries from my mom when I was young. Another ex colleague of mine twice won $60K within a year and reinvested the money in stock counters.

I wonder there is a secret recipe to this. Maybe they have exactly in their mind how much they wanted to attract. Yes, Maria Duval says, please be specific. State the amount you wish to attract and commit to it dearly. There is something fundamentally wrong when you says you want “more money, a better job and more success” as it means something different to everyone. If you tell me you want to attract more money and I hand you $10, are you going to be happy?

Once, I repeat, Be Specific!

Maria says, you can write it down, picture it, taste it, fantasize it, or feel it… Use all of your senses and get into as much detail as possible. The details really matter a lot..

Make it a very firm commitment and turn it into a supremely sharp focus of your life. Important too, trust your Inner Guide completely!

When you are feeling down and full of low energy, how can you recharge yourself back to the higher state? Let me give you some examples of what I do. It’s just a simple shift of energy:

1. Pick up an old favourite book of yours and read it again on a comfortable reading chair. How about the best-selling sci-fi fiction from your college days?

2. Put on a nice piece of calming or even happy music. Whichever is your liking.

3.Watch a powerful and motivational movie in your home theatre with good sound effects. You can try comedies too. Something funny and hilarious that will make you laugh out loud.

4. Talk to some buddies over beers about sports, women or money making opportunities.

5. Go for a spin up the mountainous trail in your trusted bike.

6. Spend a good 30 minutes jogging in the nature park. It will definitely make you forget the worries.

These are all excellent methods really upgrade your energy from a negative to a positive one. Maria Duval tells me that all of these things are able to create a shift within your own physical body, emotional state, and your energetic body as well. This will bring your vibrational levels into a positive state and can turn things around in a matter of minutes.

So the next time you are having a down day, or things are just not going quite right, change them around for the better and see how quickly things will transform for you.

People find it hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. However mankind has always had a way of lifting themselves up from a bad situation. Be it bad economies, bad relationships or just challenging situations. How do they do that it’s simple by raising their self esteem, by doing that you begin to create a wonderful life.

One of the major influential books in my life has been Psycho Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, I have used aspects of his teachings not only on clients but also on myself to help me achieve a greater results for myself and my clients. In my search for “the answer” I had a copy of the classic, Psycho-Cybernetics ragged and highlighted. The book was written in 1960 by a plastic surgeon named Dr. Maxwell Maltz, I had read it applied its principles. Psycho-Cybernetics is an amazing book, especially when you consider that through word of mouth alone it has sold over 30 million copies. As a result of this book, Dr. Maltz become infinitely more famous for treating “inner scars” than he ever did for the treatment of “outer” physical scars.

One of the discoveries Dr. Maltz made early on in his career was that even after using his scalpel to transform a patient’s face into a work of beauty, some patients claimed that nothing had changed. Dr. Maltz wanted to know why this was. He showed the patient “before and after photos” as proof, and although he would get him to agree that there was a physical change, he would say, “but I don’t feel any different.”

This led Dr. Maltz to search for the answer. He studied everything from hypnosis to German missile technology (which at the time was far superior to any other country) and the answers he came up proved that a person’s “outer life” is a reflection of how you see yourself on the inside. This Dr. Maltz dubbed as a person’s self-image. He noted that the person you are on the “inside” pre-paves the way for the person you will become on the outside. Moreover, he noted that you can never rise higher than your self-image – and although you may enjoy temporary success – if your inner you is not equal to the “outer you” – you will literally snap yourself back to where you think you belong.

When a person has strong self esteem they can pick themselves out of any situation and really begin to turn it around in their favour. The important thing is first to understand what self esteem is and how to amplify it within yourself, you’ll become happier, more confident, attractive and able to move your life in a new direction,

If you want to understand self-esteem it’s a person has an internal locus of control. A person with a high decide how they’re going to feel about events and circumstances rather than feeling a certain way because something happened.

Second, they have a really good strategy for learning from their mistakes. They have a lot of confidence because they know if they make a mistake, they’ll learn immediately and grow more powerful

Third, they have a way of finding happiness outside of external circumstances. They have a way of being happy even if things aren’t going their way.

Fourth, they have a vision of where they want to go that’s not dependent on external support, but at the same time, can take in information so they can adjust.

Fifth, they have a really good explanatory style. If something happens that they don’t like, they don’t say it’s because they’re a loser or life hates them. They just say, “Something happened and I’ll figure it out.”
